  The customer service is great, the manager John is attentive. Some personnel need knowledge of animals. I have asked and I know more than they do. The grooming personnel needs more attention. My pets were there last time and they didn't clean ears or teeth. A little disappointed but addressed it. Have provided papers for shots and they keep forgetting to put it in the system. I am skeptical now on the grooming salon. Small Petsmart should have excellent grooming service but this one is thumbs down.

  The staff is always friendly and helpful
  They have a good selection to choose from and good prices. The kids love coming just to look at the fish!
