  Me and my son came into your store yesterday April 21, 2018 and spoke to an associate about the problems we were having with my sons phone. He told us to download an app to get it replaced and I asked if we came back today could they help us with getting that done and he said yes. So we returned today as we had discussed and spoke to a different associate his name was Raheen. Let me say there wasn’t any other customer in the store. I explained why we were there and he said he couldn’t help in any way. I explained what the other associate had said but he insisted that there wasn’t anything he could help us with. I first guy was willing to help but Raheen was very short and unhelpful.
