  Experienced surgeon, to the point and reviews all medical information. There is no need for a lengthy appointment as this Dr is well versed and explains everything clearly in a short period of time. This is a very busy practice, but they have fit me in for common post surgery problems on the same day that I've called twice now, once to change my cast since swelling after surgery was making it pinch in places and the second to check my stitches. Dr Scully is a surgeon, not pain management or a general practitioner. Pain med seekers need not apply.
