  A bit small (physical space) for the amount of inventory they have. I usually have to thread my way through the aisles, and when it's very busy (like today), it's practically gridlocked inside. Leave strollers and car seats and walkers and wheelchairs in the car or wait outside, as there's no room to maneuver inside.
  
  That said, the staff is super friendly and always willing to help. Even when they are in a rush, I have never seen any employee handle an animal roughly or with anything but the utmost care and regard. They know the products well, too, and can offer helpful, practical solutions and products to meet your needs, even if they themselves don't carry it. This level of customer service is why they continue to receive my family's business when we have need to visit a store of this type.
