  Customer service was horrible .The metro PCS retailer didn't know what he was doing or acted like he didn't know, or just didn't care, he was very unprofessional, rude, and was not helpful whatsoever. My husband is currently enlisted in USMC and the employee brought up politics, made some very inappropriate comments about money and the military. We will never return there, might just chance cell phone providers too.
