  I first tried to go through drive-thru and asked what the difference was between the big mac and grand mac. The employee replied that they were still on the breakfast menu without bothering to answer my question. I decided to wait for lunch because it was only 10 minutes. When I got inside, I asked the employee at the register the same question I posed in drive-thru, and she said it's bigger. Obviously I knew that and she said that she's never seen the actul difference written anywhere. As I looked down to pay for my meal, the information was right on the counter on a pamphlet. When I got my food, my burger was fine. However, my fries were cold, stale, and oversalted. There is no excuse for that, as I was one of the first few customers being sold lunch. It was as if I was being sold leftovers from the day before. I don't believe I will return.
