  While this complex may seem pretty to the eye.... it is ridiculous!!! My rent is $846 a month and I keep getting these extra charges, hidden fees, etc.
  We recently had roofers work on re-shingling the roof, and I received NO phone call, NO email, NO letter in my mailbox to inform me about them working on the roof. Instead, I got rudely awoken at 6:30am to the sounds of hammering, drilling, yelling, etc...
  They were pounding so hard on the roof that the popcorn ceiling was falling. Not to mention that my 5m/o son was SCARED awake by the noises, and started screaming!!!!
  
  I could go on, but I think you get my point.
  GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE!!!!
