  This company doesn't deserve any stars. They cannot wait to over charge. I have never paid so much for power in my life. They will not help with any kind of assistance. They always blame it on the military stating the reason why we cannot get help with a power bill is due to when some of the military folks leave, they leave the remaining bill so we all have to pay.. I haven't had a bill under 600.00 this winter and I am over 60 and do not work.. When you call and tell them there is something not right with your bill they tell you to turn down your thermostat..
