  Advantage Gold has been the property manager of my rental for almost 11 years with out any issues...until now. No one will return my phone calls or emails concerning work that needs to be done to the house. I called my tenant directly only to find out that they are having the same problem. Meanwhile the leak in the kitchen has been getting worse and my damage is being done. Now, we have hurricane Irma heading our way. I can't imagine how horrible it will be to get work done after the store. I have left two messages for Sherri Mays, the GM and broker in charge, and she hasn't called me back either. I would have given 0 stars if that was possible...Off to find a new property manager!
