  This place is not clean and the property manager is extremely rude! They will show you a nice demo place with new appliances and features but don't be fooled because that is not what You will get. The grounds are always filthy and kids use gym, tanning bed, club house and other amenities like it's a jungle gym. When you complain to the main office they will turn it around on you and say things like "well we have had complaints on you as well" which was funny because I had never been notified of a complaint until I called to complain about something, it's almost as if they just do not wanna do follow ups so they will scare you into keeping quite. Also, good luck getting maintenance to fix anything! I haven't even been here for half a year and I am already looking forward to moving!
