  The only reason I’m writing a review is because it’s been almost a year since we bought our Australian Shepherd. The overall process of buying was easy, a little expensive but easy. Our pup is a little over a year old. He was born end of December 2016, and we bought him mid March 2017. I have had dogs my entire life, I had a German Shepherd of my own who I had to train and get him out of bad habits! And they are stubborn dogs. My Aussie is extremely intelligent but he has some awful habits that seem nearly impossible to break him from. Separation anxiety, excessive barking while in his cage, some chewing up stuff, and extremely overly affectionate!! Annoyingly affectionate!! After doing some searching I found one common factor with dogs who exhibit these behaviors... early separation from the mother. He is perfectly healthy, and very sweet, but it does slightly concern me about the breeding practices of these kind of places... so just be aware and do your research!

  I didn't mind the prices of foods and accessories, the reptiles were what we visited for mostly. When asked about knowledge of Bearded Dragons they do not know anything, in fact was given a sheet printed from online that was totally incorrect. I have now learned we were feeding our dragon poisonous food for her and have now changed her to a healthy diet, she is spoiled! We also came her for our snake set up and asked about proper lighting and what they needed for heat, we were sold a heating pad that barely worked (they would not refund or give store credit) and the wrong lights, which we did not find out until months later after we moved and went to another pet store with more knowledgeable staff! We now have happy and healthy reptiles! A little research goes a long way, do not rely on info given from here.
  Overall, the staff was courteous!
