  First experience was when I was closing on a house. Steve and his crew were supposed to come at 0900 on Monday to start repairs, they didn't show up. After calling they asked to reschedule for 0900 the next morning. They showed up at 0930. They did their work quick and efficiently. Fast forward one year I called Steve for estimates on more work. He personally set an appointment for Thursday at 12. I came home from work, he didn't show. Absolutely not surprised. I called with no answer. I left a voicemail still no call back. Seriously unprofessional.
