  First off, we ordered around 5:30 pm. We ordered 2 general tso combo dinner plates, one with pork fried rice and one with white rice as well as an order of chicken wings. The employee who took the order confirmed all 3 items with us before hanging up. Nearly 2 hours later, only 1 general two combo with white rice and the order of wings was delivered. After opening our food and discovering this, we called. We asked the employee who answered this time what had happened. She said they would bring another general tso combo with pork fried rice to correct our order. After about another hour, a delivery driver shows up with chicken wings and the general tso combo. He proceeds to give us the chicken wings and tells us it will cost additional for the general tso combo. We did not ask for a 2nd order of chicken wings so we tried to explain that to him but he kept rambling on about how we only ordered one general tso combo the first time we called. After multiple times of telling him the issue we just told him to keep the food. So after 3 plus hours of still not getting the correct food we called for a refund and were told that we could not have one because we ate the food. The food is literally sitting on our table uneaten because it was never corrected. This was our first and last time ordering from this place.
